Summary
I was in Vancouver when I heard Heath had died. My daughter Amy, who was also working on the film, came and took me to her office. I couldn't believe it. He was so healthy, so full of vitality. I last saw him on the Friday and by Tuesday he was dead. I still don't believe he's gone, but I have to accept it.
