THE father of a Paddington train disaster victim was furious yesterday that rail chiefs are to escape charges over the deaths.

Robin Kellow, 66, who lost daughter Elaine, 24, in the 1999 crash, said: "A lot of political pressure has been put on for corporate manslaughter not to work."
