IF the next Jamiroquai album comes out later than expected, blame Robbie Williams. Rob has been putting the finishing touches to his new album in SARM Studios, in West London - and distracting Jay Kay while he's at it. We hear: "It's Jay's fault.
He and Robbie have been having a chat over a cup of tea and chocolate HobNobs. "The thing is, Robbie is too nice to tell Jay to sling his hook, so he's ended up hanging around for hours instead of working on his own album."
