LIFE would be a lot simpler if I was actually allergic to diesel. If a few drops of the fuel were to drop on to my skin I would come out in bubonic plague-like boils and have to take to my bed for a month.

This very rare condition would make road testing diesel-powered cars a lot easier because I would dislike all diesel cars for the good reason that they might kill me.
